Twitter Policy

Last week Twitter owner and CEO, Elon Musk, suspended journalists and other Twitter accounts. Musk's basis for suspension was that the accounts were doxxing. Doxxing is the act of publishing the location of an individual, generally with malicious intent.

Defense of Marriage Act

On Tuesday, President Biden signed into law the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). DOMA forces all states to recognize any marriage regardless of the gender or race of either member of the marriage. All states must recognize same-sex marriage as long as the marriage occurred in a state where same-sex marriage is legal.


Energy Breakthrough

United States scientists have successfully harnessed the controlled combination of atoms to form energy. This atomic breakthrough has been described as the most impactful science feats of the 21st century.

Sam Bankman-Fried Arrested

On Monday night, former CEO of crypto-exchange FTX was charged by the SEC, FBI, and FCC for a 'ponzi-like' billion+ dollar fraud. The 8 chargers were announced on Tuesday morning. Sam Bankmen-Friied (SBF) was arrested at his house in the Bahamas and is awaiting formal extradition to the United States.

Trump Cards

Former President Trump teased a major announcement that would be published on Wednesday. When Wednesday arrived it was unveiled that the announcement is that Donald Trump will be selling $99 Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
